    Mr. Ajay Kumar Talwar, Founder, has been in the Indian food industry for almost three decades, working at a variety of food companies as well as at the Taj Group of Hotels prior to establishing his own successful private label, Taste’L Fine Food Pvt. Ltd.

    Ajay has been a pioneer in developing and marketing more than 250 products for his company world-wide includingSavouries, Snacks, Spice blends, Chutneys, Condiments, Pickles, Sauces and Pastes. His list of buyers & clients include many established & reputed companies in Japan, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

    Ajay believes that the reason for his company to exist is “to provide dedicated, pro-active service to customers worldwide and thrive to achieve high quality growth in Indian Food Exports.

  • Mr. Namesh Vahi, Business Manager

    Namesh is senior member of the TasteL business team and takes care of International Business Development. In this role, he identifies opportunities with international retail and institutional clients. He works to expand Taste’L’s presence globally by qualifying and building strategic partnerships. He also works with Taste’Ls business units to promote and develop new offerings internationally.

    Namesh has more than 10 years of experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies for start-ups and emerging domestic and international companies. He has extensive experience in international business development, proposal development and contract negotiation.

  • Mrs. Ashoo Talwar, Director, Commercial & Admin

    Mrs. Ashoo Talwar is a Director of Taste’L and since the company was founded in 2003. Mrs. Talwar manages the numerous daily chores of that keep the wheels of TasteL well oiled. Also, she is the chief architect of company’s performance management program and managing its key resource ie people. Having skills of a veteran leader, she exudes utmost confidence in the team and that is what inspires others to dedicatedly work at their highest level.

    Besides managing the day to day running of the business imponderables, her excellent quality orientation has empowered her team to successfully handle food tasting and presentation in International & Domestic Food Shows held by the Company.

  • Mr. Keshav Dev, General Manager, Factory

    Mr. Keshav Dev is an experienced electrical engineer with 21 years of experience in the food industry. He has supervised the entire factory operations, leading a team of technical personnel and production staff. He has been responsible for maintaining the accurate quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of produced products in which is utmost important for client satisfaction.

  • Mr. Rohan Kamble, Head, Quality Assurance

    Mr. Rohan Kamble, is the Quality Head at Taste’L and his responsibilities in this role include quality assurance and food safety, regulatory affairs and process development for the company.

    He is a Graduate with a degree of B.Sc. (Hons) in Food technology from Manchester Metropolitan University, in Manchester, England. Prior to Taste’L he has previously worked with Pasco Spices and Herbs, U.K. for 4 years. His penchant for systemic organization is what keeps the Quality department on its toes.

  • Mr. Mahabir Singh Head, Factory Operations

    As the Head – Factory Operations , Mahabir is focusing on key deliverables of capacity utilization, efficiency, quality , productivity, continuous improvement, training & development and line expansion. He has got tremendous exposure in foods covering varied product mixes and services, manufacturing being his core functional area. He has enhanced competencies in areas other than manufacturing also, by being a part of multi-faceted teams. “Performance with Passion” is his motto. He is a thermal processing expert with deftness in processing of restorted and frozen foods.
